American Robin

We are currently working in collaboration with Blanca Estela Hernández Baños of Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Brigett vonHoldt of Princeton University, and Borja Mila of the Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales to construct a genoscape for the American Robin (Turdus migratorius). The goals of this project are to understand population specific migratory pathways in the American Robin as well as investigate the evolutionary relationship between North American migratory populations and resident populations in Mexico.

Check back later for updates on our progress of completing a genoscape for the American Robin!
